Mr. Hui's LIncoln ne

I just want to put it on the table that it took me a very long time to appreciate chinese food. I am not much into fish and seafood and the flavors were nothing like the regular farmers wife cooking my mother did. (I find this style of cooking delicious by the way :) )  But as time has went on and the persistence of my husband to prove to me it's good food, I have found a few places along the way that I enjoy.

I am very picky about the quality of meat that is used in Chinese foods. I am not sure if this is just a Lincoln thing but allot of the places have chewy meat that they use in their foods. I cannot stand this. Yuk.

Anyway, if you hate chewy meat too then you will love Mr. Hui's, the quality of meat is fabulous, there are so many levels of flavors going on these plates that my tongue felt like there was a fireworks show going on. The rice was cooked just right and they have lots of adventurous dishes if you are more like my husband and several tame ones too if you are more like me.

I had the Mongolian Beef. The flavor was out of the world. My only complaint about this dish is that I almost had too much sauce. I'm the kind of gal that likes to mess up my plate by dumping the rice into my plate and mixing it up!
